Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, driven, and client-focused Broker to join our team. This role is ideal for brokers or sales professionals who excel in communication and deal-making and also possess a strong understanding of core accounting and financial principles.
As a Broker, you will be responsible for building relationships, sourcing opportunities, and facilitating transactions, while representing our boutique firm with professionalism and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospective clients.
· Source, qualify, and execute sell-side opportunities.
· Conduct and interpret financial analysis, including reviewing P&L statements, Balance Sheets, Assets, Debt, and Depreciation.
· Communicate effectively with clients via phone and video conference.
· Collaborate with senior management to strategize on client solutions and deal structuring.
· Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continually refine skills.
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, investment banking, M&A, or real estate.
· Solid understanding of business accounting, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Assets, Debt, and Depreciation.
· Exceptional communication skills—confident, clear, and professional on both phone and video conference.
· High-energy personality with a competitive drive and passion for finance.
· Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
