KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company in Nashua, NH in their search to find a Financial Analyst. This is a great opportunity for someone to have a direct impact in the organization's future growth. This opportunity would require 2-3 days onsite.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of the annual operating budget for. Take part in meetings with department heads to discuss statistical drivers.
Support key Finance team members in report development and analysis.
Compile data, analyze trends, and assist in the preparation of monthly reviews for distribution to leadership.
Contribute to the monthly close process by running reports, investigating variances, and contributing to the development of meaningful commentaries.
Assist in development of financial reports and planning tools to evaluate financial performance to support decision making within Finance as well as at the department level.
Provide training and support for the budgeting and GL systems, working with department managers, ensuring budgets are updated and accurate.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1+ years of Financial Analysis experience.
Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to thrive under deadlines.
