About the Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will support the FAA’s critical financial and project management system that keep aviation projects running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for monitoring the Help Desk in Service Now and the new release features in JIRA.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to user requests and resolve issues through the help desk.
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with IT and security standards.
- Test new software features prior to release.
- Elicit and document customer requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree + 10 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree +8 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting applications and providing Tier 2/3 technical support.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with FAA or other federal Financial systems such as Delphi or PRISM.
- Experience with Primavera P6.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
