Job Description
A client in the Fin-Tech industry is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst to join its team. The Analyst will be responsible for supporting reporting, team collaboration, and learning initiatives within the organization. This role ensures the timely delivery of critical monthly reports, coordinates with multiple scrum teams to gather business updates, manages content and changes within the customer's internal platform, and organizes recurring learning sessions. The Analyst will act as a central point of coordination to ensure accuracy, consistency, and engagement across reporting and knowledge-sharing activities.

Skills And Requirements
Experience in a Business Analysis or related role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables.
Proficiency in reporting tools and collaboration platforms.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and working with scrum teams is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable facilitating virtual meetings and engaging diverse stakeholders.
