Role: The Brand Communications Trainee would be working closely with the Brand Manager on the company initiatives. They will implement plans for the brand, stakeholder experience and brand loyalty to drive the organization's brand awareness forward and increase brand visibility. They conduct market research to forecast upcoming market trends. They work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They champion the brand identity throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

Coming up with branding initiatives.
Ensuring brand consistency across all pieces of communications.
Delivery of brand action and recommending areas of improvement.
Writing and proofread content keeping in mind the brand tone and image.
Developing and updating brand guidelines.
Come up with branding solutions to different marketing problems.
Developing a strong brand name and image.
Collaborating with HR team to enhance brand image internally.
Collaborating with Performance Marketing team to enhance the brand image externally.
An active part of all the marketing and HR initiatives to ensure proper branding.
Coming up with new, innovative ideas to solve user problems that differentiate us from the competition

Required Skills (Must have & Good to have):

Professional degree in communications, advertising, marketing, branding, or media.
Strong verbal, written communication, and storytelling skills.
Deep understanding of branding and advertising.
Understands the market problems and provide creative solutions.
Good communication, research, and presentation skills.
Creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and motivation.
Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.
Ability to work with different stakeholders and functional teams.
Receptive to feedback.
Willingness to meet deadlines.
