Creator Ops Media is a LIVE Commerce production agency partnered with TikTok, helping brands scale on TikTok Shop through full-service LIVE operations — scripting, hosting, moderation, and production.
We’re building a network of high-energy creators who can turn views into conversions and make LIVE shopping addictive to watch.
About the Role
As a LIVE Commerce Host, you’ll represent brands on TikTok Shop — going LIVE to showcase products, tell stories, and sell with charisma. You’ll be trained by our internal team and matched with brands that fit your style and skill level.
This is a remote, contract-based role within the Creator Ops Talent Network. You’ll work closely with producers and moderators to deliver smooth, engaging, and high-converting live shows.
Responsibilities
- Host TikTok LIVE sessions for partnered brands
- Deliver both scripted and unscripted product pitches
- Engage the audience through chat, storytelling, and product demos
- Coordinate with producers and moderators during streams
- Study brand materials and maintain product knowledge
- Participate in Creator Ops Media training and run-of-show rehearsals
What We’re Looking For
- Confident on-camera personality with strong communication
- Comfortable selling, engaging, and adapting in real-time
- Prior experience in live streaming, hosting, sales, or influencing preferred
- Must be 18+ with a reliable internet connection and streaming setup
- Based in the U.S. and eligible to contract as an independent creator
Compensation
$20–$35 per hour (based on brand, tier, and experience)
Paid weekly via ACH
