Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Outreach: Make outbound calls to current and prospective investors to continually grow and maintain a robust buyers list.
- Relationship Development: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with buyers, investors, and industry professionals.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Drive consistent lead generation, maintain follow-up activity, and ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities.
- Tech Efficiency: Leverage CRM systems, internal tools, and resources to stay organized, boost efficiency, and streamline day-to-day operations.
- Market Insight: Perform property valuations and conduct market research to recommend competitive and strategic pricing.
- Negotiation Expertise: Lead negotiations with buyers and investors, analyzing offers and counteroffers to secure the best possible outcomes.
- Deal Execution: Manage the disposition process from start to finish, ensuring smooth and successful closings.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the Acquisitions Manager to assist with deal renegotiations or terminations as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Oversee due diligence efforts and collaborate with the transaction coordinator to ensure all steps are completed accurately and on time.

Base Salary + Commission
