Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
Advise small business owners on their unique needs and provide expert recommendations on our financial solutions.
Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services through a consultative, empathetic sales approach.
Strategically manage client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up to advance the sales cycle.
Master our CRM system and other sales tools to efficiently manage your pipeline and client information.
A professional with 2-4 years of sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
An expert communicator who is skilled at building trust and rapport with clients via phone and video calls.
Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Comfortable and adaptable with new technology, using it to enhance your workflow and client interactions.
A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment and is open to coaching and mentorship.
Work Location: This is a fully remote position.
Remote Work: If you are a remote employee, you are only authorized to work from one of the approved states listed. Working while traveling to other states or countries is not permitted.
Equipment: The company does not provide equipment for this role. We utilize Venn, a secure technology solution that creates a protected workspace on your personal device. This allows you to safely use your own computer for work, ensuring company data remains secure while keeping your personal information completely private and separate.

Computer Requirements:
We require our remote employees to provide their own equipment and work in a designated home office where you will not be at risk of being overheard. As we are a financial institution, you will be discussing and collecting sensitive information.

Compensation:
Base Salary: A competitive base salary, commensurate with experience.
Commission: Uncapped commission structure with a clear and transparent plan, providing significant upside potential for top performers.
Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE): The average OTE for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000, with top performers exceeding this range.
