The Renken Company, a family-owned real estate and consulting firm, is seeking a Business Development Specialist with experience or strong knowledge in commercial real estate. This role will help drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and lead marketing initiatives across property management, appraisal, brokerage, and investment divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and secure commercial property management contracts.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic business plans, presentations, and reports.
- Lead marketing initiatives, including social media, website updates, email campaigns, and branding.
- Support investor relations and streamline reporting processes.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Background or knowledge in commercial real estate (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of business development or marketing experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with digital marketing and AI tools (social media platforms, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Google Analytics, Canva, WordPress, Elementor, Zapier, etc.)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
