Location: Midtown Manhattan (57th Street — Met Tower)
OTE: $100,000 ($70,000 salary + $30,000 commission) + equity

What You’ll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to build and progress multi-threaded pipeline in priority accounts.
- Lead outbound prospecting across phone, email, and social (comfortable on live phone/Zoom).
- Qualify and nurture: maintain active engagement with new and existing leads; identify new opportunities and set crisp next steps.
- Establish rapport at all levels of the buying group—operators, planners, finance, and senior executives.
- Become a product expert who can convey Tightly’s value succinctly and tailor it to each stakeholder.
- Refine messaging & cadences: test subject lines, openers, call scripts, and sequences; share what works and scale it.
- Keep HubSpot immaculate: log activities, update stages, and capture useful account intelligence.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and RevOps to iterate campaigns, ICP hypotheses, and lead routing.
- Continuous coaching: get structured feedback on calls, written outreach, and prospecting strategy to sharpen your craft.
- Travel up to ~15% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.

What You Bring
- 6+ months hitting quota as an SDR, or success in a high-volume sales role (call center, inside/outside sales).
- Comfortable with 100+ dials/day and energized by phone-first prospecting.
- Competitive, coachable, resilient—learning engine always on.
- Clear, concise communicator; confident with objection handling and discovery.
- Fluent in qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT) and multi-threading across ops/finance/merch.
- Ownership mindset over territory and number; organized execution and sharp notes.
- Tools: HubSpot (or similar CRM), Zoom, ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn, plus AI assistants for speed.

Compensation
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000
Base Salary: $70,000 + Commission: $30,000 (uncapped) + Equity
