Description
The Choice Bank Summer 2026 Insights Internship is a dynamic 10-to-12-week experience driven program that allows students to experience various departments within banking, financial services, and operations.
All pursuing degrees and backgrounds are welcome to apply, not limited to banking or finance.
Selected Insights Interns will be given a unique opportunity to choose various departments to shadow, complete projects, and learn how each department and their roles connect to the larger operation of Choice Bank. Departments include, but are not limited to, Commercial & Ag Banking, Human Resources, Marketing, Mortgage, Risk, Audit, Compliance, Fintech, etc.
Essential Job Functions
• May perform duties such as gathering and organizing data to provide information for departmental special projects or reports, basic arithmetic computations.
• Accompany professional level employees on assignments; conduct interviews with clients or internal personnel to obtain basic information for departmental use; contacts other departments or outside agencies by phone to request or give information and other related duties as assigned.
• May work with analysts to obtain necessary information to analyze, generate, and maintain records and other reference materials necessary for departmental use.
• Attends various required compliance and/or banking training.
• Learning and experiencing key job duties and participating in cultural initiatives to be a successful employee of Choice Bank.
• Extensive travel by car required.
• Interns can be located near any Choice location, all travel and lodging during the week (Monday through Friday) will be paid by Choice Bank. Applications for the Summer 2026 Choice bank Insights Internship Program will be accepted until January 31, 2026. Candidates will be contacted in February 2026 with selections made by the end of March 2026.
Requirements
• High school education or better.

The base salary for this role is listed below. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. The base salary may vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, experience and geographic location. Full time employees are also eligible for a competitive bonus and benefits package.
