Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Email Marketer to join our team and contribute to the success of our diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce, with a passion for creating engaging content and driving customer engagement through email. We work with high-performing DTC brands to help them scale through smart, conversion-focused strategies. We're looking to bring on a true Klaviyo expert to support our growing client roster.
What You'll Do:
- Own email strategy and execution for client accounts.
- Set up advanced flows, triggers, segments, and list management in Klaviyo.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimization of emails and flows.
- Build campaign calendars and strategy documents for clients.
- Set up and troubleshoot integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, ReCharge, Postscript, etc.)
- Use advanced tools and custom code (HTML, Liquid, JSON, etc.) to personalize and enhance automations.
- Collaborate with designers to implement assets into email builds.
- Analyze performance and provide monthly reporting and actionable insights.
- Implement predictive analytics and smart sending strategies.
- Set up lead capture forms and optimize for conversions.
- Segment audiences using behavioral and transactional data.
- Execute advanced conditional logic and branching in flows.
- Maintain list hygiene and implement re-engagement tactics.
- Build detailed customer journey maps using Klaviyo's analytics tools.
- Trigger flows using custom event-based metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Klaviyo for multiple e-commerce brands.
- Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, segmentation, and compliance.
- Skilled in building flows, campaigns, and conducting A/B tests.
- Familiarity with Liquid and JSON for dynamic content personalization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and QA your own work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead client strategy calls.
Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including email marketing and customer segmentation.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and understanding of online consumer behavior.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Knowledge of HTML for web content management.
- Experience using Mailchimp, Drip or similar email marketing platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
