Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing content strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, exceptional writing skills, and a passion for storytelling through various media formats.
Duties
- Develop and execute a content strategy across channels (website, blog, email, social, video, etc.)
- Create and manage a content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, events both internal and external and business prioritiesDevelop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across multiple platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and websites.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and improve organic traffic.
- Manage the company’s content management systems (CMS) and ensure all content is up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce engaging multimedia content, including videos and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to refine content strategies and improve engagement rates.
- Oversee social media management efforts to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
- Write compelling copy for various formats including white papers, e-commerce product descriptions, and email marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and B2B marketing to inform content creation efforts.
- Engage with influencers and the community on a regular basis to refine content strategy
- Manage freelancers, agencies, or internal contributors as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in content marketing or related field with a strong portfolio of work showcasing writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms for managing website content effectively.
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, graphic design, videography, and video editing.
- Excellent copywriting abilities with a keen eye for detail in editing to ensure high-quality output.
- Experience in social media marketing strategies and management across various platforms.
- Knowledge of email marketing techniques and marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Additional knowledge of Streamyard or other streaming software and editing capabilities is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
