Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, is eager to learn, and is motivated to develop a long-term career in sales and marketing. The successful candidate will support brand initiatives, assist customers, and help execute strategic direct marketing efforts in a retail setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, face-to-face customer service and resolve customer concerns within a retail setting
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients
- Learn and maintain up-to-date product knowledge
- Meet or exceed weekly performance goals
- Support the team with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and apply new skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is preferred but not required
