Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Atlanta, GA for a Transformation and Strategic Execution Leader. The Transformation and Strategic Execution Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives, managing change within the organization, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects. The Leader will drive transformation efforts, provide strategic guidance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in strategic planning, change management, and project management
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in management consulting or technology consulting is preferred
- Expertise in developing and implementing organizational transformation initiatives
