Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Culture Transformation Consultant to partner with us on a multi-year journey to evolve our organization into a modern, customer-first innovation partner. Culture is at the heart of this ambition, and your expertise will be crucial in shaping a performance-enabling, psychologically safe, and values-aligned culture that empowers our leaders and teams to achieve our strategic goals. The consultant will work collaboratively with leadership to bridge culture and strategy, ensuring that leadership behavior, organizational processes, and talent systems reinforce our ambitions.
Responsibilities:
Leadership Reset & Behavioral Alignment:
- Facilitate a targeted reset at the leadership level to define new behavioral norms rooted in accountability, clarity, and candor.
- Introduce a simple leadership model that can cascade organization-wide.
- Train in feedback, inclusion, trust-building, and difficult conversations.
- Set the tone for modeling new ways of working and decision-making.
Culture Roadmap & Organization-Wide Activation:
- Co-create a strategic 2026-2027 roadmap based on organizational feedback and strategic objectives, including phased rollouts of training, capability building, and a robust internal communications plan.
- Define KPIs and mechanics to track adoption and impact.
2026 Performance Management & Recognition (PMR) System Redesign:
- Design a PMR process that is easy to implement across global teams, reinforces strategic behaviors (clarity, follow-through, innovation, collaboration), supports feedback and self-reflection, and includes mechanisms that evaluate and celebrate often overlooked contributors.
HR Director Profile & Transition Support:
- Recommend an ideal HR Director profile (competencies, organization-readiness, scope) based on current gaps and future demands.
- Co-develop the job description.
- Design documentation, systems, and a knowledge hub for seamless program oversight transition.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience with operational and cultural transformation initiatives
- Translate organizational insights into business-aligned actions
- Understand leadership behavior modeling and performance systems
- Structured, delivery-oriented, with strong communication and documentation skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively across different cultural contexts
