Duties

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups or promotional purposes
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service processes
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document and analyze customer feedback
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while maintaining professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with sales techniques and client services best practices
- Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Excellent typing skills for efficient documentation of customer interactions
- A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace
