Position Type:
Required:
- Experience supporting a senior level executive in an administrative support or similar role.
- Must be able to learn quickly and to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once.
- Must have strong flexibility in regard to the duties assigned, and the hours necessary to complete them.
- Prior experience as well as familiarity with Concur systems are preferred
- A high level of professionalism and business etiquette is also required
Responsibilities:
- Support 3 senior level executives.
- Duties include booking travel (both domestic and international), calendar management for senior level Partners, expense management and processing, and general office duties.
- Due to the confidential and sensitive nature of information to which the Executive Assistant may be exposed, discretion is required.
- Position calls for initiative, independence, compliance, and strong communication skills both written and verbal.
