Our shows connect millions of listeners with experts, creators, and brands that inspire healthier, more balanced lifestyles. We’re expanding our team with a part-time Social Media Sales Specialist who can help us grow our social presence and drive meaningful partnerships with brands and talent.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and sales-minded individual to join our team. The Social Media Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns that highlight our network, talent, and brand partnerships, while also pitching and connecting with brands within the wellness space.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage Wellness Loud’s social media sales campaigns across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Source and connect with potential wellness brands for collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships
• Work with podcast hosts and talent to create engaging campaign strategies that align with brand messaging
• Prepare social media content decks, proposals, and reports to share with potential partners
• Track campaign performance, engagement, and ROI, providing actionable insights
• Stay up-to-date with health and wellness trends to identify partnership opportunities
Qualifications
• Proven experience in social media marketing and/or sales (preferably in health & wellness or digital media)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Creative thinker who can turn wellness trends into compelling brand pitches
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Excellent and confident negotiator
• Experience with influencer marketing, podcast advertising, or media sales is a plus
