The RoleWe’re looking for an Outbound BDR who loves the hunt - someone who thrives on building pipeline, creating opportunities, and driving first conversations that turn into revenue. This is an ideal role for a driven, curious, and coachable professional who wants to learn enterprise sales from the ground up in one of the fastest-growing spaces in tech consulting.
What You’ll Do- Own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting to drive new business opportunities.
- Research target accounts and engage prospects through personalized outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
- Collaborate closely with Account Directors and Sales Managers to build territory strategies and campaigns.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, schedule discovery calls, and hand off warm opportunities to senior reps.
- Represent FLLR’s expertise in compliance and marketing technology with confidence and credibility.
What You Bring- 1–3 years of experience in outbound BDR, SDR, or lead generation (SaaS or consulting preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - you know how to get attention and build curiosity.
- Self-starter mindset with a love for outreach, relationship-building, and learning the craft of sales.
- Curiosity about compliance, privacy, marketing technology, and how they intersect with business growth.
- Grit, resilience, and a genuine desire to grow your career in enterprise sales.
