Outbound Sales Agent ($12/h + commission)

Permanent full-time, 5 days/week (9-5 pm) evenings as needed
If you're an energetic sales professional, we have an excellent job opportunity for you! We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives for a well-known and established sign and lighting repair company in Middletown, PA.
You will be selling sign and lighting service to businesses in the South Central PA (B2B type of selling) out of our Middletown office through lead generation, prospecting new clients, and closing sales.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous sales and cold-calling experience (warm leads provided)
- Must be eligible to work full-time in United States
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
The Candidate:
- Must be enthusiastic, with a strong aptitude and a positive “can-do” attitude
- Versatile sales & client service agent, with the ability to work in an inbound or outbound team oriented call center environment.
- Must have a proven ability to achieve targets with a passion for sales
- Exceptional oral communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
- An excellent command of the English language is required
- Basic computer/Keyboarding skills.
- Knowledge and interest in social media/marketing
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette and communication skills to engage customers and address their needs.
- Manage social media platforms to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
