Sales Coordinator, North America
This position will be located in the Orlando, Florida office.
- Manage day-to-day order processing. From the receipt of orders to the coordination of shipping (with our 3PL partners), and to the invoicing of orders by working closely with the accounting team.
- Compile, analyze and distribute Point-of-Sale (POS) sell-thru data utilizing retailer portals.
- Work closely with Sales Team members (and their customers) by providing weekly reports detailing POS and Retailer inventory levels in order to assist with demand planning/forecasting.
- Work closely with Sales Team / Rep Groups; liaising as a key supply chain operations lead for our retailer partners; driving short-term and long-term account plans.
- Drive optimal channel inventory to maximize revenue opportunities, ensure on-shelf presence and mitigate risk.
- Partnering with retailers and our Sales Team on leading indicators and CPFR (forecasting /demand planning) methodologies for all stages of the product lifecycle - launch, replenishment and end of life.
- Drive the launch implementation of all new products into the channel, including the management of distributor/retailer-level product transitions, sku set-ups, deployment, and replenishment.
- Work with the internal Supply Team, DC Coordinator and Operations teams to explore methods of optimizing customer service while balancing cost to serve; ranging from order management practices to direct ship or expediting costs.
- Ensuring proactive, data-oriented communication to internal and external stakeholders, with focus on improving year-over-year Customer Satisfaction scores.
- Manage the onboarding for new retailers/distributors into internal business systems.
- Collaborate with Shenzhen Team to ensure item attributes are correct before setting up skus with retailers.
- Work with rep firms and retail accounts to ensure proper set-up of skus; providing product assets, content, etc.
- Works with Shenzhen Team to ensure Production and Promotional Trackers are updated and disseminated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Develop / Update product presentations with the latest assets and content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2 to 5 years of experience.
- Experience with Consumer Product Goods (CPGs) is preferred.
- Strong Computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time-management, and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, administrative roles, or sales coordination is preferred.
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills are necessary to resolve issues and contribute to sales efforts.
- The capacity to work effectively (and adapt) in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is a key requirement.
- Attention to ALL details is a must.
- Based in the Orlando / Central Florida region.

- Salary Range: $35,000 to $45,000
