Job Summary:
We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to join our quickly-growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of marketing initiatives, driving patient acquisition and engagement, growing our pipeline of partners, and building our brand authority. Your work will be critical to scaling Zest as we transform the approach to treating chronic dermatologic conditions like psoriasis and eczema.
This is an exciting chance to break into the startup world, tapping into all the learning and growth that come with working in a fast-growing company. This is a full-time, hybrid position, with the opportunity to regularly co-locate with our Founder and CEO, the VP of Marketing, and other key team members in our headquarters in downtown Washington, DC.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage continually-evolving content, with a focus on creating partner- and patient-facing materials
- Execute our omni-channel content strategy from concept to execution across platforms (social, email, promotional assets, website) to drive measurable conversions
- Project manage day-to-day marketing initiatives, coordinating with external vendors, and keeping projects on track
- Track and analyze key metrics, refining our strategy and optimizing marketing performance based on insights from the data
- Work closely with growth, product, and other internal teams to align marketing efforts align with overall business goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university in a relevant field
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, including design and content creation, copywriting, agency coordination, and email marketing
- Strong proficiency with Figma, Canva (or a similar design tools), Powerpoint, and Google Slides
- Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Infectious optimism about the ability for start-ups to disrupt complex industries
- Critical thinking and self-starter mentality with a high degree of adaptability in a fast-paced, complex health tech environment
- Ability to work in a hybrid structure, including being in-person at HQ in Washington, DC multiple days a week
- Familiarity with HIPAA/regulatory compliance and the B2B/B2C health ecosystem is a plus
