The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator, under the guidance of the Director of Marketing, will execute content marketing programs to deliver evergreen content for our websites, email campaigns, social media channels, and all other organic channels. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day support of all social media marketing and reputation efforts.
A passion and expert understanding of the business application of the following social media channels is vital to the success of this role: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and SnapChat.
Responsibilities Include
- Responsible for management of social media platforms across all brands
- In charge of internal meeting coordination, agendas and minutes
- Traffic marketing requests into the project management platform for execution
- Manages project deadlines and final deliverables to all channels
- Creates and delivers marketing brief and debriefs to appropriate personal
- Assists Marketing Team in social scheduling, engagement, and reporting
- Liaison to affiliate, 3rd party associates and strategic partners
- Manages eCommerce sales and gift card delivery through the website
- Responsible for updating and distributing internal brand documents and SOPs
- Supports content creation and organization of libraries
- Assist in local promotion and event execution with Sales and Marketing Managers
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in social media, copywriting, marketing or relevant course work
- Facile engagement across all social media platforms
- Proficiency or ability to quickly learn social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Later and Trello
- Strong communication and copywriting capabilities
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to generate unique and creative ideas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Comfortable with an SLR/iPhone camera and an eye for creating quality, multi-use content
- Hospitality and/or Restaurant industry experience is a plus
