As an SEO Specialist, you’ll work behind the scenes to optimize client websites, analyze performance data, and develop SEO strategies that help contractors get found online. Your work is critical in helping our clients grow their businesses through search visibility.
What You’ll Do
As part of our team, here’s what you’ll do:
- SEO Analyst: Track performance metrics like organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates to guide strategy and measure success.
- On-Page SEO Specialist: Conduct audits and optimize client online presence to align with SEO best practices across technical and content elements.
- Technical SEO Expert: Troubleshoot and improve support requests, site speed, crawlability, indexation, and overall site health.
- Content Recommendation: Analyze keyword performance and recommend content updates or new topics to improve search visibility.
- Reporting Specialist: Create clear, client-friendly reports that explain SEO wins and outline future initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For

- SEO Expertise: You bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in technical and on-page SEO, keyword research, and analytics.

- Tools & Tech: You’ve worked with platforms like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, and Screaming Frog.
