We’re expanding our revenue team and looking for ambitious, performance-driven
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are passionate about sales, technology, and startup growth.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and book meetings with founders and executives of high-growth startups.
- Conduct outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified pipeline opportunities.
- Research Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and identify key decision-makers in the SaaS, tech, and startup ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Managers to hand off qualified opportunities.
- Maintain detailed activity and performance tracking in CRM and automation systems (HubSpot, Apollo, GoHighLevel, etc.).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of outreach scripts, lead scoring, and GTM playbooks.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (preferred but not required).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, email automation, and sales engagement tools.
- Self-starter with a competitive mindset and hunger for growth.
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
