Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to effectively manage our social media platforms and contribute to our overall digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising to increase reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital marketing.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, including content creation and strategy development.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software.
- Experience with public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation online.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics in branding efforts.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics and other web analytics tools for informed decision-making.
- Strong photography skills are advantageous for creating original visual content.
