Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management:
- Engage, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of inbound leads provided by the company.
- Own the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery and needs assessment to product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
- Solution Selling & Target Achievement:
- Deliver compelling and tailored product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value proposition and ROI of our unique GEO solutions.
- Develop and present persuasive sales proposals to key decision-makers.
- Lead commercial negotiations to secure new business efficiently and effectively.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Sales Experience:
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a closing role within a SaaS or technology services company.
- A proven track record of successfully managing a sales pipeline from lead to close and consistently exceeding performance targets.
- Core Skills:
- Exceptional English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A natural ability to build rapport, persuade, and guide prospects through a complex sales process.
- Strong results-oriented mindset with excellent execution and time management abilities.
