Financial Services Administrative Coordinator- Direct Hire
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Services Administrative Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity. This role is essential in supporting the financial operations of our organization while ensuring smooth administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a background in financial services.
Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including onboarding of new clients
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients via multi-line phone systems, email follow up and in-person interactions
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
- Sending client correspondence and preparing for client meetings
- Maintain client database and utilizing eMoney and Black Diamond.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely completion of projects.
Requirements
- Experience working with investment accounts (retirement, stocks, bonds)
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Any experience with portfolio reporting software is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
