Contractor Gorilla is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Website Content & Project Manager to take our client websites from staging to launch-ready. This role combines project management, content finalization, and quality control to ensure every client website we deliver exceeds exceptional standards in design, functionality, and SEO. This is not a web designer or developer role, but it does require advanced experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro.

Responsibilities
- Review website staging builds to ensure all layouts match approved Figma designs.
- Test websites across devices for functionality, responsiveness, and visual accuracy.
- Document and communicate fixes to the development team.
- Recommend design or UX improvements to enhance site responsiveness and performance.
- Finalize all written content using ChatGPT, including editing copy for clarity, flow, and brand tone. Includes implementing polished copy on all pages of staging builds.
- Implement best practices for on-page SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, and proper H-tag structure.
- Finalize all media assets such as images, videos, icons, and graphics. Includes implementing polished media assets on all pages of staging builds.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure sites are client-ready by deadlines.
Requirements
- Proficiency with WordPress, Elementor Pro, ChatGPT, Figma and Photoshop (or similar graphic design tools).
- Deep understanding of web content standards, SEO fundamentals, and responsive design. Construction and trade knowledge a plus but not required.
- Exceptional attention to detail (Type-A mindset) and a proactive approach to quality.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, works proactively, and does not need to be micro-managed.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Prior experience in a digital agency or web production environment preferred.
About the Role
This is not a web developer or copywriter position. It’s a hands-on website project management role focused on finalizing client websites before launch. You’ll ensure every page is polished, every detail is right, and every website is ready for client presentation and approval.
Position Type
This is a contract-to-full-time opportunity. Pay will be determined based on experience and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
