Front Row Logistics is a fast-growing 3PL specializing in open-deck, oversized, heavy-haul, and project freight across North America. We’re looking for a driven National Sales Rep who can help us build and expand our footprint with shippers nationwide.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and grow new shipper and forwarder accounts across North America.
- Sell specialized transportation services- flatbed, step deck, conestoga, RGN, and project freight.
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close, with strong operational support behind you.
- Build lasting customer relationships with a solution-first, partnership-driven approach.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to shape go-to-market strategy as we scale.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of transportation or 3PL sales experience (open-deck/project freight a big plus).
- A true hunter mentality with a track record of opening and growing accounts.
- Solid understanding of carrier networks, freight markets, and pricing.
- Confident communicator who can build trust with customers quickly.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow with a high-velocity team.
