We are working with our client, STARC Systems, anationally recognized leader in the construction building products industry and one of Maine’s fastest growing companies for industrial temporary modular wall systems, with an exciting opportunity for an Insights and Analytics Manager to join their team in Brunswick, Maine!
We’re looking for a curious, creative, and analytical senior sales and marketing analyst to turn data into actionable insights that inform strategy and fuel performance. As a key member of the Revenue Operations department, you’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Rev Ops leaders to deliver analyses and build scalable analytics infrastructure that drives growth.
This is a hands-on, business-critical role for a data professional comfortable with connecting the dots across complex systems who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with creative problem solving and business acumen, unlocking new ways to interpret, connect, and apply data to revenue decisions.

Requirements of the Insights and Analytics Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on Sales and/or Marketing analytics in a B2B environment
- Deep knowledge and proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL a plus
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, data integration apps and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines, integrations, or scalable analytics infrastructure a strong plus
- Demonstrated experience in data quality management, including data governance, cleansing, and validation practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to go beyond surface-level reporting to identify root causes
- Strong data visualization, storytelling and communication skills; able to make data approachable for non-technical stakeholders
- Creative thinker with a proactive mindset—always looking for new ways to connect data to business outcomes
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Responsibilities of the Insights and Analytics Manager:
- Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and models that drive decision-making
- Analyze sales, pipeline, funnel metrics, lead-to-revenue conversion, and go-to-market performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Rev Ops leadership to measure and refine KPIs across the revenue engine
- Build, optimize, and scale the analytics ecosystem, including data pipelines, integrations, and reporting frameworks to support company growth
- Establish and enforce data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all revenue systems and reporting
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer strategic questions and propose data-backed recommendations
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable presentations or communication streams for cross-functional stakeholders
- Proactively identify gaps in data visibility and propose creative solutions
- Stay current on analytics tools and methodologies to continuously improve the organization’s analytical capabilities
