Job Summary
The Marketing Copywriter & Analyst - Commercial is a motivated, detail-oriented professional responsible for transforming commercial banking sales needs into compelling, client-focused marketing materials and proposal content. Positioned at the intersection of marketing, sales, and corporate banking, this role supports revenue-generating efforts by crafting clear, persuasive messaging aligned to client strategy and business goals.
The position exists to enhance proposal quality, accelerate content responsiveness, and elevate the consistency and professionalism of client-facing materials. Success in this role is defined by the delivery of accurate, well-positioned content that enables sales teams to win and retain commercial banking clients.
Pay Range: $73,626 - $95,714 - $117,801

Job Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Researching, interviewing, writing, editing, and managing projects with the LOBs, through our operations and creative leadership group process.
• Developing original insight ideas and social media campaign content to help position and highlight priority areas for the bank.
• Campaign and marketing support - work closely with traffic and creative leadership to bring clarity, alignment, and prioritization to work and projects - identifying overlap, redundancies, and congruencies.
• Competitive assessment and review of FLG vis a vis peer group, and industry trends.
• Uses independent judgement and discretion to make decisions.
• Analyzes and resolves problems.
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
• Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance training. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications:
• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
• Minimum experience required: 4+ Years or equivalent in a professional, financial services workplace environment.
• Considerable interest and excitement for corporate and commercial banking, wealth management, cash management, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) (Business, Finance, Economics, or field of study required)
• Content management and Customer Relationship Management systems experience.
Job Competencies:
• Basic understanding of Banking - lending, underwriting and credit assessment.
• Understanding of Personal and Commercial Lending.
• Good knowledge of social media mechanics and trends.
• Good knowledge of B2B presentation best practices.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Efficient and deadline oriented.
• Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by communicating clearly, engaging in proactive collaboration, and leveraging cross functional insights. Aligns relationship building efforts with enterprise goals to accelerate performance and drive strategic results.
• Build trusted client relationships, whether internal or external, by identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance the overall client experience.
