Position Summary
As a Graphic Designer at INNERGY, you will play a key role in visually bringing our brand, and values to life across all channels. You’ll create engaging, on-brand designs that support marketing campaigns, product launches, customer education, and internal initiatives. This role blends design craft with marketing execution and is ideal for a designer who is as comfortable at building visuals in Canva or Adobe as they are scheduling posts in Hubspot or creating an email header.
This is a hands-on role for a creative thinker who’s passionate about design, storytelling, and consistency. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure all creative assets align with INNERGY’s mission and visual identity.
It’s important to note that INNERGY is still very entrepreneurial, meaning we all wear different hats at different times. We’re a small but mighty team of generalists who thrive on collaboration, innovation, and agility.
Duties & Responsibilities Include
- Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, digital advertising, and social media that align with brand guidelines.
- Design visual content for presentations, trade shows, videos, web pages, and print materials.
- Develop and maintain a library of reusable creative assets (templates, brand elements).
- Partner with the Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams to create visually compelling assets that drive engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the Education Team to design training and support materials that enhance user learning and product adoption.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, maintaining a cohesive look and feel in every touchpoint.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance campaigns and improve audience engagement through visual storytelling.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing deadlines and feedback from cross-functional teams.
- Lead social media and email design efforts — create scroll-stopping visuals, animations, and templates for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Perform other design or creative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology industries.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience designing for both digital and print formats.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Canva, or Miro is a plus.
- Ability to take abstract concepts and turn them into engaging visuals that communicate clearly and inspire action.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design work: brand, digital, and campaign creative required.
