Looking to launch or accelerate your sales career? At Clarify Capital, you’ll work directly with business owners nationwide, guiding them through financing solutions that fuel their growth. We provide warm, inbound leads and cutting-edge sales tools — your job is to close deals, build lasting relationships, and grow your own book of business.
What You’ll Do
- Run the full sales cycle: calls, submissions, negotiations, funding
- Educate business owners on financing options
- Build and grow your own client portfolio
- Train with a manager for 6–9 months, then run your own desk
Earning Potential
- Uncapped commission with base salary support ($45k–$55k)
- First-year OTE: $80k–$120k (proven track record for new reps)
- Top performers consistently earn $150k+ with no ceiling
