About the Role
As our Marketing Manager, you will be the creative force behind how Viv Élevé comes to life across New York City — online and offline. You’ll oversee a mix of email marketing, digital growth campaigns, and out-of-home activations, helping us reach new audiences while deepening engagement with our existing community.
This role blends creative execution and strategic thinking. You’ll collaborate with leadership on messaging and brand positioning, manage campaign calendars, and ensure every guest or host touchpoint feels elevated, aspirational, and unmistakably “Viv.”
You won’t be expected to do everything — but you’ll connect the dots across channels and manage vendors, freelancers, or agencies to bring high-impact campaigns to life.
What You’ll Do
1. Digital & Email Marketing
- Manage our email marketing calendar — from concept to send — including guest newsletters, launch campaigns, and host-focused communications.
- Draft or coordinate high-quality copy, visuals, and segmentation for each campaign.
- Analyze open rates, click-throughs, and conversion data to continuously optimize performance.
- Collaborate on paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok) — ensuring creatives and audiences align with Viv Élevé’s luxury-meets-culture positioning.
2. Out-of-Home (OOH) & Field Marketing
- Plan and manage select OOH activations (wild postings, digital billboards, transit placements) in key NYC neighborhoods.
- Execute light-touch guerrilla marketing campaigns to generate buzz in high-traffic, brand-aligned locations.
- Partner with local businesses (cafés, boutiques, hotels) for strategic co-marketing placements.
3. Performance & Coordination
- Track and report key campaign metrics (signups, engagement, ROI by channel).
- Manage a small network of freelancers or vendors (designers, photographers, ad vendors).
- Coordinate with leadership and product teams to align marketing initiatives with platform milestones.
Who You Are
- A creative generalist who thrives at the intersection of digital strategy, cultural marketing, and brand storytelling.
- Deeply familiar with NYC’s cultural landscape and how to authentically reach its trend-driven audience.
- Equally comfortable planning an OOH campaign, drafting an email, or optimizing a social ad.
- A proactive self-starter who executes efficiently with minimal oversight.
- Analytical enough to track results, but creative enough to make each campaign unforgettable.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally across multiple channels (email, digital, OOH, or partnerships).
- Strong grasp of campaign management tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Meta Ads, or similar).
- Proven ability to manage small budgets effectively for high-impact local campaigns.
- Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, or cultural brands is a plus.
- NYC-based or deeply connected to its cultural and creative community.
