Client Success Manager
Status: Contract (20–30 hours per week) with option to expand or convert to full time
Location: 100 percent remote, U.S.-based required
Reports to: Mike Savage, Founder, Savage CEO, Inc
Role Summary
You are the quarterback for every client journey from onboarding to breakthrough results. You will track engagement, keep clients accountable, celebrate wins, and step in fast when someone falls off track. You will work directly with Mike Savage, his Executive Assistant, and the Savage CEO team to ensure every client feels seen, supported, and successful.
Your mission is to make every Savage CEO member feel like they are the only client we have.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full client journey across all mastermind programs, ensuring seamless onboarding, consistent engagement, and measurable progress.
- Track every client milestone, call, and deliverable so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Follow up when clients miss calls, lose focus, or go quiet to re-engage and drive accountability.
- Celebrate wins publicly and personally to build connection and retention.
- Collaborate closely with Mike’s Executive Assistant and the Savage CEO team to deliver a world-class coaching experience.
- Maintain and update systems, reminders, and communications to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate data.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to streamline communication, reporting, and client engagement.
- Capture feedback, share success stories, and identify at-risk clients for reactivation.
- Keep leadership informed through clear, concise weekly summaries on client wins, challenges, and key priorities.
- Support special projects, launches, and live events within the Savage CEO ecosystem.

Who You Are
- One to three years of experience in client success, account management, or coaching support (bonus if in coaching, consulting, or professional development).
- Extremely organized with strong follow-through and people skills.
- Excellent communicator who is empathetic, concise, and proactive.
- Tech-comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and ChatGPT proficiency required.
- Positive, driven, and passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve results.
- Experience with entrepreneurship or self-employment is a strong plus.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
Engagement and Compensation
- Contract role for 20–30 hours per week to start, with flexible scheduling aligned to client needs.
- Open to contract-to-hire conversion.
- Compensation hourly and commensurate with experience and scope.

Projected Total Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
