Job Summary
As a Personal and Business Development Partner (Remote), you will play a pivotal role in supporting growth and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will optimize your expertise in business / leadership development and personal growth through our expanding Global Company of 17+ years - which will in tern support others in their mindset growth and big picture goals.
Our ideal candidate at The Path to Aliveness will have a strong background in leadership development, effective high level interpersonal communication and business management. This role requires relationship management skills, consistency, self-awareness, high motivation, big thinkers and a passion for helping individuals elevate their performance and personal success through our courses and programs.
Duties
- Authentically promote award-winning personal enrichment programs to individuals globally.
- Connect with interested individuals and apply a simple, effective and engaging 3-step marketing system
- Communicate the value of these transformative resources and programs that assist individuals in reaching their goals.
- Build relationships with clients, helping them align their personal growth goals with industry-leading solutions.
- Work autonomously but with support and training always available to assist your success.
- Maintain effective communication and support with team members you are coordinating with.
- Facilitate an orientation with new team members
- Engage in weekly global online training over zoom
Skills
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Express an understanding and appreciation for the value of our of personal growth and ongoing development programs.
- Proficient in relationship management to build strong connections with clients
- Proven program management skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for participants.
- Supervisory experience that demonstrates an ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Background in social work, mentoring, education, human resources, marketing or coaching that will enhance one's understanding of client needs and empowering listening skills.
