JEF Contractors Inc. is a fast-growing home improvement and roofing company serving Rockland County, NY, and surrounding areas. We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, decks, and more — delivering quality, honesty, and reliability to every homeowner we help.
We’re now looking for a Social Media Marketer who can help us grow our brand presence online, manage our social media platforms, and create engaging content that connects with our local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
- Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, and Local Service Ads) with clear performance goals.
- Edit and post videos of recent roofing and siding projects (short-form and reels).
- Write bilingual (English & Spanish) captions and ad copy that attract homeowners.
- Engage with followers, respond to messages, and monitor online reputation.
- Collaborate with our sales and office team to promote seasonal offers and customer testimonials.
- Track analytics and report growth, reach, and lead performance weekly.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media pages for a business or brand.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Reels, and short-form video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar).
- Strong writing and communication skills — bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Creative eye for visuals, colors, and captions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with roofing or home improvement (a plus, not required).

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
