Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Customer Insights, the Marketing and Brand Manager will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives, customer engagement programs, and branded experiences. The candidate must be able to lead efforts across marketing campaign execution, customer insights, branding, digital infrastructure, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring consistency, creativity, and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Support
· Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and content.
· Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project trackers.
· Draft and distribute external newsletters aligned with brand voice and strategic aftermarket messaging.
· Support creation and distribution of marketing collateral (presentations, fact sheets, email campaigns).
· Help manage digital platforms (event registration websites, event apps, videos, survey tools, email tools).
User Events and Conferences
· Plan, coordinate, and support customer-facing user conferences and events.
o Manage logistics: registration sites, hotel accommodations, catering, entertainment, transportation, AV, and shipping.
· Develop and manage presentation content for events, including speaker materials, branded slide decks, and supporting visuals.
· Track event budgets and conduct post-event analysis.
Customer Insights and CX
· Support the design, distribution, and analysis of customer surveys.
· Assist with transactional survey management and CX reporting.
· Prepare reports and presentations that translate data into actionable insights.
Branding and Collateral Management
· Ensure consistent application of enterprise brand standards across the business.
· Maintain photo libraries and branded templates.
· Fulfill internal branding requests and ensure brand consistency across materials.
· Support creation and editing of marketing assets (PowerPoint, videos, fact sheets).
· Manage the business card process from template input to ordering.
· Oversee ordering and inventory of branded promotional items.
Website Structure
· Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain and improve website content, structure, and navigation.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
· 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or customer engagement
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· MS Office suite proficient (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with survey tools, CRM platforms, and event management software preferred
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Additional Requirement
· 10% domestic/international travel required
