Your Role as a Realtor
You’ll work directly with motivated buyer and seller leads, conduct consultations, complete pricing evaluations, run showings, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the full real estate sales process. Qualifications
- Active CT Real Estate License
- Full-time availability
- Experience in real estate sales or strong communication skills
- Willingness to follow proven systems and use CRM technology
