We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s organized, creative, and confident behind a camera. Someone who can help us tell the real stories of our team and customers through photo and video content.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Branding
- Manage advertising timelines for direct mail, tv/streaming, radio, and social media.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and vendors.
- Assist with creative content social media posts, flyers, door hangers, emails, and print ads.
- Coordinate and execute seasonal marketing campaigns for HVAC, plumbing, and duct cleaning divisions.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Track performance of online campaigns, PPC ads, and lead sources.
- Assist with review generation and reputation management responses.
- Update and monitor company website, Google Business Profile, and social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Design graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite for both digital and print advertising.
Content Creation (Photo & Video)
- Edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and longer clips for streaming or web use.
- Use editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere to produce professional, engaging content.
- Maintain a consistent visual style that reflects Gene’s family-owned, professional brand.
- Capture photos and videos of employees, job sites, customer testimonials, and community events.
Reporting & Data Tracking
- Work with ServiceTitan and marketing dashboards to measure performance.
- Support management in developing marketing budgets and forecasts.
- Pull and track KPIs weekly (call counts, booked leads, cost per lead, ROI by campaign).
Events & Community Engagement
Coordinate open houses, customer appreciation events, and community sponsorships.
- Create raffle materials, signage, and event promotions.
- Capture photos and videos for social media during events.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing, advertising, or administrative experience (home services experience a plus).
- Experience in photography, videography, and video editing required.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, or Illustrator) preferred.
- Strong social media skills Meta Business Suite, Google, TikTok, YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ServiceTitan, Constant Contact, or other CRM/marketing software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
