AM Industrial is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator with a strong focus on graphic design to support campaign planning and execution across multiple channels. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in driving brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation. Strong design skills and a solid grasp of current digital marketing trends are essential. The company offers a competitive benefits package and pay commensurate with the experience.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and paid media channels.
- Coordinate content publishing schedules to ensure timely and consistent brand messaging.
- Help manage SEO/SEM efforts and contribute to website optimization strategies.
- Support lead generation and conversion campaigns, including landing page creation and form integration.
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design digital assets including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Assist with basic video editing or multimedia projects.
Social Media & Email Marketing
- Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.).
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the creation and deployment of email campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows.
Admin/Organizational Support
- Assist sales efforts by processing leads from web and paid campaigns.
- Support event marketing initiatives (e.g., trade shows) with digital promotional assets.
- Maintain and update marketing collateral, digital asset libraries, and content management systems.
- Order branded materials and promotional items.
- Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure marketing initiatives stay on schedule.
- Maintain marketing calendars and documentation for campaigns and design assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proficient in digital marketing and design tools such as Google Ads, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail, and excellent proofing skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a challenging environment.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred but not required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
