About the Role
The Sales Coordinator ensures customers move smoothly from contract to pickup. This role supports the sales team by managing communication, financing paperwork, MSRP/build sheets, final payments, and delivery scheduling. You are the operational backbone behind each sale—organized, customer-focused, and confident managing documents and deadlines.
Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Pipeline Support
- Serve as the main point of contact after contract signing
- Send welcome emails, training links, and status updates
- Maintain CRM accuracy through contract-to-delivery stages
Financing & Documentation
- Coordinate RV/auto financing with third-party lenders
- Prepare MSRP sheets, build sheets, buyer orders, and title paperwork
- Verify insurance, identification, and track final balances prior to pickup
Pickup & Delivery Coordination
- Schedule pickup appointments and walkthroughs with customers
- Prepare delivery packets (keys, warranty documents, checklists, swag)
- Coordinate with operations to confirm van readiness
Sales Operations Support
- Maintain pricing and build templates
- Audit pipeline for missing forms or outstanding payments
- Collect post-delivery customer feedback and surveys
What Success Looks Like
- Customers clearly understand next steps throughout the process
- No deliveries delayed due to paperwork or payment
- Sales team remains focused on selling, not administrative follow-up
- Delivery experiences are organized and professional
Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Clear and professional written communication
- Comfortable working with contracts, financing, and CRM systems
- Experience in dealership, RV, automotive, or lending settings is preferred
