We are looking to welcome talent at the Valuation Project Manager level on an initially part time, contract basis. This position would have primary responsibility for overseeing and managing valuation assignments and managing an analyst. Frequent projects include stock option analyses, real estate analysis, enterprise valuations, and financial analysis and benchmarking work.

Position Details:

Position: Valuation Project Manager (Initially part time contract basis)

Experience: 2-4 years valuation work or equivalent corporate finance work

Location: Any Domestic location. This will be a remote work opportunity and you can be anywhere! The only requirement is to have your own basic work set up with reliable internet, secure workstation, and telephone.

Required Qualifications:

· Candidates must have corporate level Project Management experience.

· Candidates must have strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills (MS Excel)

· Candidates must have strong written (MS Word) and oral communications skills

· Must have: report writing skills, Critical thinking ability, and interest in continued learning

· Specific experience with early stage start-up companies including cap table analysis and equity value allocation methods

· Familiarity with tax compliance fair market value based appraisals (estate and gift) is a plus

· Must have the ability and motivation to work remotely and independently

· Designing and working with financial models for discounted cash flow, market multiple methods, market transactions, and equity allocation methods

· Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneous and complete on time

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related major

· Familiarity with CapitalIQ is preferred

· Familiarity with 409A/allocation methods is preferred
