Position Overview
(Duration - November 10, 2025 - January 2, 2026)
At Kendra Scott, our E-commerce Operations Team is essential in supporting e-commerce operations, and we're seeking a detail-oriented individual for a dynamic role as a Specialist. Reporting to the E-commerce Operations Analyst. The Seasonal E-commerce Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Store-to-Store (BOSS/BOPIS) orders during our peak season. This role focuses on the timely release of orders, rapid resolution of inventory and fulfillment errors, and proactive communication with internal teams (Retail, Customer Care, 3PLs) to maximize shipping accuracy and speed.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Order & Fulfillment Monitoring
Actively monitor the Omni Channel order queue and respond to internal or store inquiries related to order fulfillment, label printing issues, or requests regarding (BOSS) Buy Online Pick Up In Store Orders.
Proactively monitor and resolve issues identified in the Shipment Confirmation Failure, Failed Orders, Back Orders, etc across internal reports to ensure orders are released and processed.
Inventory & Inbound Communication
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in retail operations, logistics, fulfillment, or detailed administrative support is preferred.
