The People Content team is seeking a Graphic Designer to join us, based in Austin, Texas. This person will be responsible for designing and developing content that brings our HR/People campaigns, policies, processes, and programs to life in memorable and meaningful ways. Supporting the business, this person will have a problem-solving mindset, a proactive/results-oriented approach, and a talent for generating creative ideas. What You'll Do
Design, develop, and deliver HR content for a variety of sources and channelsImplement people content plans quicklyReview content to ensure it is of high quality (i.e., design, animation, grammar, brand, etc.)Identify and drive opportunities to enhance visuals/processes in programs, events, and initiativesModel a collaborative, creative, fun, results-driven culture
What You'll Bring
Strong understanding of graphic design, typography & branding principlesAbility to generate compelling ideas, problem solve, and achieve goals using design tools/softwareSkilled in graphic design tools and software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)Positive attitude with a bias for action/solutions, working well with others (including executives), and who thrives in a fast-paced environment2-5 years' experience in visual design, motion graphics, illustration, and photographyA portfolio demonstrating your visual design, motion graphics, illustration, and photography talent
