We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pest control operations, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pest control and have the ability to effectively communicate with customers while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in pest control.
Ensure efficient operations in order to maximize revenue and control costs while maintaining an excellent quality of work and exemplary customer service
Ensure overall compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Perform pest control services for customers in your area
Implement sales tactics to gain awareness and grow customer base in your area
Provide leadership for employees
Oversee and encourage development of personnel within the company

Competencies

5 years previous experience in pest control management
Strong sales skills to effectively promote services and solutions to clients.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and providing clear explanations of services offered.
