They build smart voice, chat, and email AI that helps Property & Casualty and Life insurance teams turn slow and frustrating workflows into fast, human-sounding interactions. From new policy quotes to renewals to First Notice of Loss calls, the platform handles routine conversations so teams can focus on meaningful work and policyholders get answers without waiting.
This sector is huge. The product is already trusted by leading carriers and brokers across the United States, and growth is accelerating.
They’re hiring a Business Development Representative to help fuel that momentum.

What You Will Do
Your day will be active, curious, and focused on building early relationships with future customers. You will:
• Research and prospect mid-market and enterprise carriers and brokers
• Build outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Start thoughtful conversations with operations, service, and claims leaders
• Qualify interest and pass strong opportunities to the Account Executives
• Learn how the industry works and how AI solves real customer service challenges
• Keep CRM records clean and accurate
• Share feedback with sales and product teams so messaging and targeting improve over time
Expect to work closely with senior sellers who love developing talent.
Who You Are
You enjoy speaking with people, learning about business problems, and finding creative ways to spark interest. You are curious about technology, energized by high standards, and steady when you face rejection.
You bring:
• 6 months+ of sales or business development experience, or a strong reason to switch into software sales
• Clear communication and a confident phone presence
• Drive to learn enterprise sales and move toward an AE path
• An organized approach to outreach and follow-up
• Curiosity about AI and how it reshapes large industries
• A positive voice, grit, and a high bar for personal performance
Bonus if you have experience in SaaS, customer experience tech, insurance, or call automation.
