Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate property and casualty insurance solutions
Educate clients on coverage options, policy terms, and claims processes
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends
Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
Meet or exceed sales targets and compliance standards

Requirements: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
Proven experience in P&C sales, client service, or related financial services (preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Commitment to ethical sales practices and ongoing professional development
